2nd Annual Village of Christmas Lighting Ceremony and Processional November 29, 2008

The Village of Fort Langley kicks off their Christmas Season with this event. As B.C.'s oldest community, Fort Langley is about history and tradition, and our Christmas season captures the flavour and old-fashioned fun of the season. This event begin with carolers in period costumes, face painting, roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate and turkey dogs by the fire followed by the processional walk to light up the Village and the Grand Christmas Tree.

After the kick-off event on November 29, there will be many events each weekend through to January to celebrate the old-style Christmas season in Fort Langley. A full calendar of events will be posted in November.
