2nd Annual Cancer Run and Motorcycle Rally May 16, 2009

The 2nd Annual Cancer Run and Motorcycle Rally takes place on May 16th, 2009. This 80 mile ride takes riders through scenic Brazoria County where our presence on the streets and the thunderous sounds of our bikes lets the community know that cancer sucks and we ride in unity and strength letting our candidates, officials, and lawmakers know its time to support laws which make cancer a national priority.
We're riding to celebrate the survival of our family members, loved ones,co-workers, neighbors and friends who are courageously fightingcancer and in thememoryof those we loved who lost their battle to this ruthless disease.
We're riding with the same ruthlessness! Our fight has just begun and we know the fight will never end. Join us supporting those affected with cancer.
Riders meet at Goe Harley Davidson on Saturday, May 16th. Where there will be live entertainment and refreshments. Kickstands up @ 11:30.
The ride will end at the West of The Brazos, Damon, Texas where there will be a day of live entertainment, auctions, 50/50's, BBQ Plates and much more.

The LIVESTRONG Army together with the Lance Armstrong Foundationare uniting people across the nation to make cancer a national priority. Proceeds of this "Fun Raiser" provides revenue to support-citizen based advocacy and lobbying efforts to end cancer and make the disease a national priority. Funds are also used to provide survivor support services within Brazoria County, Texas. LIVESTRONG!
