2nd Anniversary ArtSpace at Crestwood Court May 1, 2010

In the two years since it opened, ArtSpace at Crestwood Court has become St. Louis’ premier arts destination. Now to celebrate its second anniversary, Crestwood Court and ArtSpace are pulling out all the stops for a festive, arts-filled celebration like you’ve never seen before. With everything from children’s parades, live music and dancing to hands-on art projects, demonstrations, contests and more there’ll be fun for the whole family.
Highlights include:
Dance classes and performances through the day
Community rug making at Green Rugs
Mini-book making at McGhee’s Miniatures
Sculpture making demonstrations
Performances by Joia percussion ensemble 1-4 pm.
Parades throughout the mall at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m (anyone can participate!)
New “A” is for Anaconda rainforest exhibit at Children’s Illustrated Art Museum
Refreshments, drawings for artwork
Yoga, zumba and juggling demo classes and performances throughout the day
New exhibits by many of the artists
Loads of free art activities for kids
