29th Annual Matthaei Botanical Gardens Spring Plant Sale May 8, 2009

Over 1,000 varieties of perennials, woody plants, kitchen favorites, and unique annuals at southeast Michigan's destination spring plant sale. Saturday and Sunday during the sale choose from informative free demos on perennials, rain barrels, raising butterflies, and more. Member party Fri., May 8, 3-7pm; Sat., May 9, 9am-4:30pm; Sun., May 10, noon-4:30pm. Nonmembers welcome to join anytime during the sale and take 10% off plant-sale purchase and receive a free plant.
