28th Annual Canmore Folk Festival August 4, 2006

The Canmore Folk Music Festival is Alberta's longest-running folk music festival. It is held on the first long weekend in August (Heritage Days).

Depending upon the weather, the festival draws 3000 to 5500 people each day. In 2005, in sunny, hot weather, we exceeded last all previous attendance records. Thanks for your support and don't forget to order your tickets early .

The Festival presents Contemporary and Traditional Folk, as well as Country, Bluegrass, Blues, Celtic, and World music.
