24th Wammies Award Show February 28, 2010

Each year, members of the Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) shine the spotlight on local musicians and music organizations who have achieved significant accomplishments within their field. Awards will be given in a variety of categories including a cappella, big band/ swing, bluegrass, blues, traditional R & B, cabaret/musical theater, children's music and more. Slated to perform at this event are Afro Bop Alliance, Bela Dona, Tabi Bonney, Marti Brom, Elikeh, Hotspur, Patty Reese Band, Rosslyn Mountain Boys, and The Dede Wyland Band. Seth Kibel and the DC Time Machine will be the pit band.
