Keynote speaker is Melvin A. Goodman, Senior Fellow for Intelligence Reform, Center for International Policy: "Using Intelligence: Needs and Challenges."

Distinguished professionals from intelligence community agencies and from non-governmental organizations will address evolving challenges in the world of 21st century intelligence collection and analysis, and the complex determinations regarding its use. Employment recruiters from several U.S. intelligence agencies will be at the Colloquium.
