2013 HGTV Dream Home Contest Event Partnering with NiteLites of Charleston May 18, 2012

Kiawah Island just outside of Charleston, South Carolina is the location of the 2013 HGTV Dream Home. The luxury community of Indigo Park has been chosen as the site for the 2013 HGTV Dream Home called “LowCountry Zen”.
The Indigo Run development is the first in the area to focus on Green Building with a strong focus on LEED Certification. Every home in the development has a goal to be LEED certified by only utilizing sustainable material to lower greenhouse gas emissions and overall carbon footprint.
Randy Greenhill, Outdoor Lighting Designer of NiteLites of Charleston LED Lighting will design and manage the installation of the NiteLites’ energy efficient LED lighting to the HGTV Dream Home’s deck and pool area.
