The holiday menu at Meritage Steakhouse will be offered from 3 to 9 p.m. on
Dec. 25., from 4 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 25 at Blue Sage and from 3 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 25.
Cost is $59 for adults and $29.50 for children under 12 at Meritage Steakhouse. The Blue Sage Christmas buffet is $25 per adult and $10 for children under 12. The Tuscany Christmas dinner is $49 per adult and $24.50 for children 12 and under.
JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is offering delicious holiday menus this Christmas and New Year's Eve at its themed restaurants.
Tuscany will be serving a three-course prix fixe dinner offering seasonal holiday delights. Diners will enjoy a choice of heirloom greens with gingerbread goat cheese and pomegranate seeds salad or sweet corn gnocchi. Entrees include decadent rotisserie lamb with roasted chestnut puree, glazed Duroc ham with gravy, savory rotisserie chicken or pan-roasted Barramundi with a lemon beurre blanc. A choice of family style sides include mashed potatoes, eggnog pappardelle, braised Tuscan kale and sautéed heirloom carrots. A choice of decadent desserts include a duo of winter spiced Cognac cheesecake and Christmas fruit cake crust, and a warm milk chocolate macadamia cranberry bread pudding served with Grand Marnier gelato and Maple brittle.
The savory Meritage Steakhouse will be serving a classic Christmas dinner offered family style. The menu includes starters of butternut squash soup or a Meritage signature salad followed by mouthwatering entrée choices featuring roast turkey breast, hickory smoked prime rib or a pork duet of roasted tenderloin and crispy pork belly with pickled cabbage. Side dishes include Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, oyster chestnut stuffing and turkey sage gravy. Complete the holiday meal with a duo of triple chocolate napoleon or eggnog crème brulee.
Blue Sage will be offering a Christmas dinner buffet featuring herb-roasted turkey with sage giblet gravy and smoked apple sausage stuffing; grilled Atlantic salmon with sweet mustard glaze; and baked ham with bourbon glaze. Side dishes include green bean casserole, wild rice pilaf and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.
