Calling on all dancers and troupe dance performers across Siouxland. Please help us celebrate dance. If you have a dance performance you would like to share with the community, register yourself or your troupe to perform in the International Day of Dance. The goal of International Day of Dance is to increase the awareness of the importance of dance among the general public. Dance is an integral part of humanity and a universal communication system that crosses and connects all cultures of the world.

To register, contact Connie Reynolds, Yoga, Etc. 522 Nebraska Street, Sioux City, Iowa 51101. Once you’ve registered, please mail your performance video or DVD and a CD of your music. The dance performances should be around 3 to 5 minutes for troupes and 5 to 6 minutes for solos. Must register by September 24, 2010.
