2009 Richmond Multicultural Celebration May 6, 2009

The public is invited and encouraged to attend The Richmond City Council Sister Cities Commission's 2009 Richmond Multicultural Celebration.

The event will include performances from Mexican and Chinese dancers, international refreshments, presentations on African culture and history, and special guests.
