2009 Marin County Fair COOL GREEN FUN July 1, 2009

The 2009 Marin County Fair, themed COOL GREEN FUN, will build on the success of last year’s Greenest County Fair on Earth theme by using the Fair as a model of an eco-friendly world to come and celebrate affordable family fun. Beginning with the first ever Electric Wheels Car Show to the first solar-powered carousel at a county fair, to Steve Trash, Rockin’ Eco Hero and his Big Green Magic Show, to Cool 3D, the 2009 Marin County Fair showcases some of the finest talent and innovation found anywhere. It wouldn’t be a County Fair without daily headline concerts and the ultimate fun for fairgoers of all ages - carnival rides, spectacular fireworks, loveable farm animals and engaging, interactive exhibits… from fine arts to peach pies to hand-made quilts.
