Iron Sharpens Iron is a one-day equipping conference for men and local churches. The conference offers 2 keynote speakers, leaders in ministry to men, and 16 different seminars specifically for men on issues relevant to men.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE MY MEN TO ISI?

Equip
Iron Sharpens Iron is an equipping conference for men. We not only seek to build up men as individuals,
but we strive to help and support the local church by providing seminars to
equip men to minister to other men in their own local church. Our main
objective is to support you, the
local church pastor and your mens ministry leaders.
Growth
This conference is not just for the leaders. You just never know who God
is incubating a new ministry in. You may have a man sitting in the wings right
now that God is preparing to use to minister to other men. Dont limit your
mens ministry leadership to just a few. Bring as many men as you can and help
them to spread their ministry wings.
Fellowship
We encourage you to bring any and all of your men to ISI. It is a great
time for your men to experience being with other Christian men from other churches in
your community and region, fostering unity in the Body of Christ.
Worship
During the plenary sessions, ISI provides a worshipful atmosphere where
any man can engage the risen and living God. The music is masculine, engaging,
and quality.

Focal Point Ministries provides hope and direction for men through the development of a ministry in their own local church, which will help them find their way, Gods way. Focal Point Ministries provides a Christ-centered servant ministry to men, pastors, lay leaders and local churches. FPM seeks to come alongside the pastor to encourage the formation and ongoing development of vibrant mens ministries within the context of his local church. FPM offers mens ministry development training, material resources, networking, and event coordination. Its primary goal is to bring men to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ within the context of their own local church.
