REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS: Conference registration fees are refundable in total up to March 29th, 2009. Between March 29th and May 10th, 2009 , less a 10% service charge per registrant, Registrations cancelled between May 11th - and May 24th, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be available for cancellation requests received after May 24th, 2009. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected]. SUBSTITUTIONS: Registrations are transferable for a fee equal to 10% of the registration price that was paid by the original registrant. Substitution requests must be made in writing. Requests will be accepted up to May 28th, 2009. Any substitutions requests after May 28th, 2009 must be made in person at the conference registration desk.
