The Sun-Herald City2Surf is a 14km run starting at the intersection of William, Park and College Streets. The route follows New South Head Road turning into Old South Head Road, left at Military Road which takes competitors down to Campbell Parade. The race finishes at Queen Elizabeth Drive in Bondi Beach Park and the actual finish line is approximately 20 metres before the Bondi Beach Pavilion.
