2007 Airsheds Zones Conference, Oct. 22-23

The Alberta Airsheds Council is pleased to announce its 2007 Zones Conference: Monitoring and Managing Air Quality.

The goal of the 2007 Zones Conference is to:
• Hear the latest about what Albertans are doing to monitor and manage
air quality in Alberta's Airshed Zones
• Find out about current and upcoming technologies
• Learn more about common issues and concerns and work towards
solutions through networking with other airshed zones
• Check out a mobile air monitoring station and a super trade show
• Celebrate the successes of airshed zones in Alberta
• Be a part of the future!

The 2007 Zones Conference will feature:
• Technical sessions on air quality monitoring methods and
technologies, quality assurance plans, and other initiatives
• Management sessions on important topics like approval processes,
development of health-based air quality indexes and air quality
management in other Canadian jurisdictions

The 2007 Zone Conference highlights:
• Keynote Speaker
• Presentations from all 9 Airshed Zones
• Information on new initiatives in Alberta
• Opportunities for networking, education, capacity building and
information sharing
