2005 Milk Mustache Mobile Tour: The Great American Weight Loss Challenge July 14, 2005

The goal of this year's tour is to encourage Americans to begin leading healthier lifestyles. This Challenge is 12 weeks and stresses the importance of eating healthy, exersizing regularly, and incorporating 24 oz. of milk into your daily diet. This is a free event and includes many free activities, such as:
- On-site sign up from the Great American Weight Loss Challenge (the city with the most registered participants will receive $25,000 for health-related community improvments and will be featured in a nationally-run Milk Mustache ad in Ladies Home Journal.)
- Free health assessments will be administered by local dieticians
- Information on the milk and weight loss connection
- Sampling milk from local dairy processor, Jilbert's Dairy
- Fitness tips from local curves representatives
