200 Hour Yoga Alliance Tantra Vinyasa Teacher Training with Mary Bruce & Johnna Smith

This program will give you the tools, hands-on experience teaching and assisting group classes. This program will imbue you with the confidence needed to teach a dynamic and challenging (physically and mentally) vinyasa yoga class teaching in the traditions of Rod Stryker, John Friend, Sri Patabi Jois, and Baron Baptiste. You will also learn the tools to teach meditation, and pranayama in private and group settings. This program is for new and experienced teachers that are ready to tap into their own inner power. The demand for well-trained Certified Yoga Teachers has grown exponentially!

It is estimated that 15-18 million Americans are practicing yoga today.

Practice Yoga is an accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher Training School following the guidelines established by Yoga Alliance for 200 hour teacher certification.
