1st Annual Los Angeles Group Photo Contest :: Union Station/Chinatown/Olvera Street :: February 21st @ 2:00 PM February 21, 2009

I'm pleased to announce
THE LOS ANGELES GROUP'S 1ST ANNUAL PHOTO CONTEST!

Date/Time: Saturday, February 21st @ 2:00 PM (park gates close at 5:00 PM)
Location: Union Station/Chinatown/Olvera Street
Open to: All Los Angeles Group Members

As part of our February meetup, attendees will have the opportunity to photograph and submit in five different categories. After entry deadline, members (only those who attended the meetup) will vote for winners in each category, as well as overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. There will also be a "special" prize for the winner of the Film Category.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday March 13th @ 11:59 PM

PRIZES

1st Prize: 1-yr Flickr Pro Account
2nd Prize: Starbucks Gift Card
3rd Prize: Starbucks Gift Card
Best in Film Category: A Holga Camera
Winner in each category will be posted on Group front page.

RULES

- All photo submissions must be tagged with: laphotocontest09
- Each member may submit up to one photograph per category (five photographs total).
- Photographs must be taken on February 21, 2009 during the group meetup.
- Photographs must be taken from within the meetup boundries.
- Only members in attendance on February 21, 2009 will be eligible for voting after entry deadline.
