1st Annual Lake Spokane Relay For Life Golf Tournament May 30, 2009

Registration opens at 8am, with a shot gun start at 10am. Four person scramble. Entry fee $240.00 per team, or $60.00 per player. This includes green fees, driving range and golf cart. $200.00 per team/ $50.00 per player with out a golf cart. Prizes are available. $10,000 putting contest put on by Phase 1 Physical Therapy and Suncrest Fitness. Sign up by May 1st, 2009 is appreciated, with check payable to Darting for a Cure. A receipt will be made available for your charitable donation to Relay for Life.
