Greetings!
Samaritan's feet primary mission is to provide hope to millions of impoverished women, children and men globally by washing their feet and providing them with a new pair of shoes. Nearly 300,000,000 people go without shoes each day and not by choice, and nearly 1,000,000 die each year as a result of foot-borne illnesses that may be preventable by simple protection - shoes.

The "Shoes of Hope" Gospel Fest is geared to be an annual music event presented each winter by the Samaritan's Feet Nonprofit Humanitarian Organization. This year's fest will present celebrity host / judges and performances from Gospel Greats like Beverly Crawford, the Starlights, and the Voices of Destiny choir (Winner of the 2010 Verizon Gospel "How Sweet the Sound" Contest). Four local church choirs will entertain us with song as they compete live during the event. To add to this auspicious occasion, we will be further entertained by the musical talents of the top female, male and group gospel vocalist from the pre-event auditions.

The Gospel event also serves as a shoe drive in that we ask attendees to bring a new pair of shoes for the express purpose of showing hope to children and adults in need around the globe.
