1st Annual Conference on Building Partnerships for Geriatric Care 2011 April 5, 2011

This conference will provide an environment for the interdisciplinary team to build on requisite competencies as they provide care in all settings, to disseminate knowledge and to gain knowledge to utilize in practice.
