What: In celebration of its 3rd year, CANFEST will announce its competition award winners during a four course dinner prepared by the Silver Legacy. The menu items were specially crafted around the taste elements of several award winning beers from last year. Each menu item will pair with its complimentary brew, which includes beers from Four Peaks Brewing Company, Bohemian Brewery, Maui Brewing Company, Oskar Blues and Anderson Valley Brewing Company. Newcomers such as Kenai River Brewing Company will also be available for tasting during the event.
This event is aimed to please the pallet with professional beer and food parings. It will also serve as the platform to announce the 2011 CANFEST competition winners, giving attendees and opportunity to meet and mingle with out-of-town brewers and brewery representatives. Tickets are $40 per person.
