1st Annual Art for Arthritis September 28, 2006

Join Artists Sandy Forrest-Hartman [ www.MysticAngelCreations.com ] and Shelley Shanks [ www.ShelleyShanks.com ] from 6:30pm - 10:00pm for the 1st Annual Art for Arthritis at the Plaza Club on the 49th floor of One Shell Plaza located at 910 Louisiana in Houston, TX 77002. This fundraising event will raise awareness of the causes, preventions and cures for this painful disease.

The event will be hosted by Karen Hofmeister, published writer, consultant and wife of Shell Oil President John Hofmeister. The Mcee will be Peter Roussel. The cocktail reception will honor art in all forms. Auction packages such as The Art of Leadership and The Art of Leisure will add to the complexity and appeal of the event. The event, in its first year, will honor artists of all sorts, including those suffering from arthritic diseases. We expect the ground-breaking art auction will attract 250 – 500 attendees.
