19th James River Film Festival: Day Three April 15, 2012

For nearly two decades, this fascinating film festival, hosted by the James River Film Society, has showcased a variety of major film innovators.

On the third day, Ross McElwee will present his latest film.

Best known for the acclaimed Sherman’s March and Bright Leaves, he will screen and discuss his latest feature, Photographic Memory, a study of his relationship with his son. He also teaches film at Harvard.
