The village will come alive with the sights and sounds of military fervor as Old Bethpage Village is transformed into a quiet Maryland village, invaded by withdrawing Confederate infantry who are being pursued by U.S. infantry and cavalry forces in the days following Gettysburg. In between skirmishes, the men will demonstrate military drills, musket firing and camp life duties. Fiddle music will e performed each day.
