for a 13-week Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Workgroup.

Application deadline: Dec. 23, 2008.
Group meets Wednesdays from Jan. 21, 2009 t0 Apr. 15, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Learn specific skills to substitute for harmful impulsive behaviors such as:
*suicidal thinking,
*self harm,
*substance abuse,
*eating disorders,
*anger management,
*and other impulse control issues.
