The Moms@Work Luncheon presented by Charlotte Parent and Presbyterian Hemby Children’s Hospital is a celebration of women and families in the work force, and honors the Family Friendly 40 companies - a select group of companies who go above and beyond to accommodate working parents and families. A portion of the proceeds benefit The Women's Impact Fund and Mothering Across Continents.

This year’s keynote speaker, Ellyn Spragins, is an editor at large for Fortune Small Business. Her work has appeared in O, Oprah Magazine, Ladies Home Journal, Town & Country and Working Woman to name a few. Ellyn is best known for “What I Know Now: Letters to My Younger Self.” Her new book, "If I'd Known Then: Women In Their 20s and 30s Write Letters to Their Younger Selves," was released this April.

Attendees will hear Ellyn talk about her book, enjoy a delicious meal provided by the Westin, and receive a free gift bag full of information and goodies from local businesses and organizations.

Take part in “Coffee & Contacts” a unique networking opportunity prior to lunch at 11 AM. Get know other professional working moms, browse select vendor tables, and register for a special prize at the Charlotte Radiology booth. After lunch the event concludes with an author book-signing.

Join us in our commiseration, advice-giving and celebration of motherhood for which the luncheon stands!
