Resident artists from 1019 WEST will open their studios with special installations of painting, sculpture, multi-media projects and video for public viewing. They include: Donald Bustraan, Fluid Frame Photography, Jaime Aguilar Gallego , Scott Grieger, Phil Kim, Wakana Kimura, Gigi Yogini, Rashad Navidi, David Peters, Kour Pour, Lucas Reiner, Tony De Los Reyes, Ana Rodriguez, Shirley Tse, Pontus Willfors, Nicole Week, Devin Week, and Joey Wolf.
Concurrently, Beacon Arts Building artists will exhibit their work, with an installation of painting and sculpture. Artists: Brian Biedul , Martin Blake, Marylene Camacho, GeoVanna Gonzales, Winter Jenssen, Ellina Kevorkian, Deborah Lambert, Michael Maas, Michael Massenburg, Thomas Muller, Mila Reynaud, Anna Skarbek, and Garth Trinidad will be featured in the windowed gallery façade of the building.

“Hanging Gardens” is a production of the iconic Beacon Arts Building installed at 1019 WEST. Featuring work by artists: Michael Arata, Leslie Awender, Rude Calderon, Jennifer Gradecki, Derek Curry, Michelle Carla Handel, Jeffrey Hastings, Steven Hull, Larissa James, Winter Jenssen, Flora Kao, Susan Kurland, Sophie Lee, Gale McCall, Travis Novak, Kenneth Ober, Bertil Peterson, Keith Walsh, and Meeson Pae Yang.

“Hanging Gardens” will remain for only two weeks, by appointment only, closing October 23rd with an afternoon artist talk from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm.

On site complimentary parking is available. Refreshments will be provided by Literati Bar & Grill.
