Guests are invited to attend an evening filled with entertainment, laughter, dedication and connection, celebrating 10 years of Chabad of Mill Valley and honoring Rabbi Hillel Scop and Chana Scop. A host committee, comprised of Marin County community members, organized this event to pay tribute to the Scops for their contribution, generosity, and commitment to sustaining vibrant Jewish identity through education and active engagement in all facets of Jewish life. The evening includes a delicious seasonal dinner, lively Klezmer Soul Band and comedian Elon Gold. All proceeds raised will support holiday celebrations for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Chanukah, Pesach, Shavuot, & Lag B'Omer. Solicitations will not be made at the event.

Together, Rabbi Hillel Scop and Chana are a powerful team. As directors of Chabad of Mill Valley, proud parents of seven and generous, loving people, they have been providing a warm and welcoming Jewish experience to the Southern Marin Community for 10 years. With the guidance and inspiration of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, they plan to continue doing so for decades to come.

Rabbi Scop provides Bar and Bat Mitzvah training, runs the popular Jewish Business Network and CTeen program, Torah study classes, and provides life-cycle support. In addition he teaches Judaic Studies to 6th graders at the Marin Campus of Brandeis Hillel Day School. Rabbi Scop is a very hands-on father to his beloved children.
