1) What is a "market cycle" telling us to do? What should be researched? Where to research it...how to get fingers on pulse of real estate so that overall awareness and comfort increase.

3) What is an opportunity specifically? What does it look like and then when opportunities are uncovered, what to do then. How to appropriately take action to fit each investor type.

Donald has been involved in thousand of residential and commercial real estate transactions as a Broker, Buyer, Seller and private money lender.

Dan Rogers - Sr. Mortgage Analyst with Reliance Realty Group. His expertise is crunching real estate data and communication. Since 2006, Dan has saved numerous homes from foreclosure and facilitated the purchase of millions of dollars of real estate. In mid-2008, Dan and Donald began supporting other investors through weekly seminars and education. Dan's teaching style is based around each investor's target goals and building the confidence to create action. Dan's success in real estate comes from identifying the least complex part of a problem and then developing that skill or knowledge base. Dan's goal for his students is to experience positive results through measurable actions.
