For the second year the Zoo will shine with thousands of environmentally friendly lights and animated exhibits for 20 nights. These larger-than-life displays feature many of the Zoo's most popular animals, all constructed of LED lights that use about 90 percent less energy than traditional incandescent light bulbs.

Each night features special live entertainment. As before, most of the Zoo’s animal houses will be open, and zoo keepers will give talks on their animals.

What’s more, this year’s event features more animal light displays than last year. And the event space is bigger, too—all the way from Panda Plaza to Kids’ Farm. Plus, we’re adding dancing trees in the Panda Plaza and near Lion/Tiger Hill.
