About Zoo Music

For more than a decade the Rio Grande Zoo has entertained visitors during the summer months with the Zoo Music Concert Series. Zoo Music showcases regional, national and international talent playing a variety of music, including country Latin rock, Afro-Cuban, Celtic, bluegrass, Cajun and pop-rock.

Gates open at 5:30 pm, and concerts are from 7 - 9pm. Animal exhibits are open until 8pm. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to relax on the green and enjoy the music, dance or visit the animals. Food, beer and wine are available to purchase.

Zoo Music tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for New Mexico BioPark Society members, children age 3 - 12 and seniors over 65.
