ZD Donates 50% of retail proceeds for the month of December!

How can purchasing a bottle of ZD Wines help find a cure for Lymphoma? ZD Wines is donating 50% of the winery’s retail proceeds (including: web, phone, mail and walk in orders) from December 1 through December 28 to the UC Davis Cancer Center for the “The deLeuze Family Endowment for a Non-Toxic Cure for Lymphoma”

Norman deLeuze, founder of ZD Wines, has been battling Lymphoma for the past four years. His tireless efforts have led him to try a number of alternative treatments but often without scientific research to credit or discredit their individual worth. In December of 2006, as a result of Norman’s endeavor to find a non-toxic cure for lymphoma and the belief in the excellence of Dr. Joseph Tuscano of the UC Davis Cancer Center, the deLeuze Family created “The deLeuze Family Endowment Fund for a Non-toxic Cure for Lymphoma”. The endowment as of June 30, 2007 had a total value of $540,272.06.

Endowment Mission Statement:
“This endowment fund is established to recognize and further promote the outstanding research approach of Dr. Tuscano and the UC Davis Cancer Center in pursuing a non-toxic cure for lymphoma which will have widespread availability for lymphoma patients. When a cure for lymphoma is found, this fund will be designated toward non-toxic cures for disease into perpetuity.”
