Yoga For Trees with Suzi Renaud, The Yoga Room /Arborfest in the Park April 18, 2009

City of Paducah Arborfest takes place in Noble Park!
Enjoy activities for the whole family!
Come to Shelter 10, across from the pool.
Games and activities are scheduled for children and adults. Activities include a Poetry Contest with the winner being submitted to The Garden Club of Kentucky Youth Poety Contest.
Learn to make Pine Cone Bird Feeders and identify trees from twigs, leaves and wood samples. Also, enjoy the art activities and make your own trail mix. Smoky Bear will be here handing out tree saplings. Paducah Power will be on hand to discuss proper tree planting. The Yoga for Trees program will allow you to participate in yoga with Suzi Renaud of The Yoga Room. Brochures of the Tree Voucher Program of the City of Paducah will be available and GPS Recycling will have container available for recyclable items!
