A 4-week immersion for all yogis to build a beautiful practice. . .

So you did Yoga 101 and you are not sure what's next. You are a beginner or you just feel that public classes seem to skip over the basics. You want to learn to do the poses correctly, have an ongoing connection with a teacher and really build the foundation of your practice with confidence. If that is true... Yoga Basics is the perfect series for you.

Dina will take you under her wing for 4 weeks in the Yoga Basics immersion. In 4 sessions she will unfold the mystery of the basic standing poses, sun salutations, backbends, twists and inversions. You will have an opportunity to have all your basic questions answered.

The basics are not just for beginners! The immersion has proven itself beneficial for all levels. Intermediate and advanced students have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to deepen their alignment knowledge with Dina's support. If you are ready to take your practice to the next level, this is a great opportunity to do so with Dina's personalized guidance.
