Join master yoga teachers Sianna Sherman, Sally Kempton, and Mariana Caplan, as we dive deep into a shared inquiry and discovery of the feminine heart of yoga, exploring it philosophically, experiencing it psychologically, and embodying it through physical yoga asana practice.

Sally will share insights and meditations based on her forthcoming book Falling in Love with the Goddess: The Fierce and Gentle Energies at the Heart of Yoga, and will lead us in exploring how goddess energies can transform your inner space. Mariana will draw upon the deep feminine to guide us into a gentle opening of, and working with, the psyche. She will explore how through embodying a feminine approach to yoga practice, and utilizing tools from somatic psychology, we can learn to integrate emotions and trauma, rather than prematurely bypassing psychological material. Sianna will artfully weave these teachings into a direct experience in the physical body through yoga (asana) practice, and further elaborate our exploration into the feminine face of yoga through storytelling and philosophy.

Drawing on over 80 years of combined experience in yoga, these teachers will offer their passion, creativity, and weave of collective gifts to bring participants to a new and emerging knowledge of the feminine face of yoga.
No yoga experience is required, and men who love the feminine are also welcome.
