YM-YWHA of North Jersey Open House September 13, 2009

The YM-YWHA of North Jersey is a community center offering fitness programs, classes and activties for every age and every body. Come in your workout clothes and see what it's all about. There will be demo classes and group excercise classes in Yoga, Zumba, Group Power and Spin. Try out the indoor track and take a swin in the indoor pool. Meet the trainers and learn about the new personal training packages that drive you to your fitness goals, and check out the nursery school. Face paintin, arts and crafts and more activities will be available for the kids, and light refreshments wll be served. Join the Y during the open house and receive $150 towards your membership.
