Yerba Buena Night, a free outdoor evening of art, music, dance, and performance, is Saturday, October 15, 2011 throughout downtown San Francisco's Yerba Buena neighborhood. Yerba Buena Lane and Mission, Third and Minna Streets come alive as part of Yerba Buena's Bright Lights, Little City celebration from 4 pm-midnight. Enjoy a Gallery Walk at over a dozen renowned Yerba Buena galleries from 4 pm-7 pm. Trip the light fantastic and raise money for Make a Wish and other nonprofits at a Dance Marathon from 4 pm-midnight at Jillian's Billiards. Have fun under the stars from 7 pm-10 pm enjoying live performances on two stages, a New Media Lounge, street performances, and art installations. Gallery admission will be free all and the Yerba Buena Center or the Arts will be open additional hours from noon-10 pm. Learn more about Yerba Buena Night at www.visityerbabuena.org.

As home to 24 galleries and museums, Yerba Buena has the richest concentration of cultural institutions in San Francisco, as well as offering an enormous selection of food, drink, and entertainment. It's easy to get there. Take BART, MUNI, SamTrans or Caltrain to our front door. If you're driving, City Park and the Hearst Corporation are offering a special $5 flat fee at the Hearst Parking Center at 45 Third Street.

Hosted by the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District, Yerba Buena Night celebrates the variety and diversity of this dynamic neighborhood.
