Yael Archer’s lungs contain the winds of another world, tearing through her flute like a cosmic tempest. Extended techniques like overblowing and multiphonics burn in breathy flits over bass-driven turntable beats, resulting in a gritty mix of virtuosity and fast-burning funk. She appears with the multi-talented AnaIza Otis, daughter of legendary producer and songwriter Clyde Otis.
