WTIA 2009 industry achievement awards--25 Years of Technology at Play (Applications NOW OPEN) October 14, 2008

The annual Industry Achievement Awards are a time of celebration, recognizing the accomplishments of the Washington Technology Industry. This year there will be even more to celebrate, as it marks the WTIA’s 25th Anniversary. New to the 2009 awards is an online voting system that will enable the local technology community as a whole to determine the winner in each category. The IAA celebration – which attracts more than 1,000 business and community leaders each year – honors companies, agencies and individuals who best demonstrate innovation and excellence in technology.

Awards will be presented in the following categories:
· Business Product of the Year
· Consumer Product or Service of the Year
· Service Provider of the Year
· Best Use of Technology in the Government, Non-Profit or Education Sector
· Technology Innovator of the Year
· Breakthrough Technology of the Year

Applications for all entries are due by Nov. 14, 2008
