Cold, Wet, and Rainy...A Perfect Day for a Bike Ride!

Put on your yellow slicker and join the Community Cycling Center (CCC) on February 12, 2006 for its fifth annual Worst Day of the Year Ride! The bike ride covers 18 urban miles and is perfect for all skill levels. There is also an optional 40-mile challenge loop through the West Hills for the more ambitious cyclist. The ride starts at the Lucky Lab Brew Pub on 915 SE Hawthorne and finishes in the same spot. There will be four yummy rest stops along the way, as well as free chili, cornbread and chicken noodle soup at the finish line. Secure bike parking is provided for riders. 100% of the proceeds benefit the Community Cycling Center, a non-profit organization that serves the community through its bike programs and services.

$20 in-store at Community Cycling Center, River City Bicycles, and any Bike Gallery and REI location (closes Feb 10th at 7:00 pm)
$25 advance mail-in registration (closes Feb 11th at 11 pm)
$30 day-of registration
