Hundreds of Fans Registered To Attend ‘Darkmoon Faire’ – October 26-28
WHO:
Upper Deck Entertainment’s World of Warcraft Trading Card Game, the hottest and most-sought-after trading card game (TCG), continues one of the biggest gaming tours of the year with a stop in Philadelphia.
WHAT:
The hugely popular Darkmoon Faire tour will feature over 20 different tournaments and activities for World of Warcraft TCG fans throughout the weekend, complete with fun and exclusive giveaways for all. Players of all levels, from beginners to advanced, will have the chance to participate in a variety of types of TCG tournaments. The event will also feature an exclusive World of Warcraft online game server, giving fans the opportunity to engage in free online play, group treasure hunts, speed raids, and more using tricked-out level 70 characters.

The Philadelphia Darkmoon Faire event will feature the highly popular Dream Machine Championship Tournament, giving players a chance to win an invitation to the 2008 US National Championship Tournament. The event will also serve as a last chance stop for players to earn an invitation to represent the US at the World of Warcraft TCG World Championship in San Diego (Nov. 30 – Dec. 2).

The grand prize winner of the Dream Machine Tournament will receive a cutting-edge Alienware Dual Processor Dream Machine PC. iPod Videos and iPod Nanos will be awarded to runner-ups.
