An aging workforce coupled with rising health care claims can create angst among HR professionals - or inspire creativity and innovative problem-solving. Determining how to balance needs of employees with fiscal constraints of an organization requires HR to look at problems in new ways and uncover solutions in unexpected places.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) used in non-traditional ways, offers a low-cost, high- value remedy that positively impacts the health and well-being of the organization. Discover what research reveals about the positive impact an EAP can have on workplace outcomes, health care utilization, and direct and indirect costs of employment.

Learn how you can:
-Evaluate the current role of your EAP (and it's potential)
-Mitigate risk and reduce health care costs
-Implement new EAP service offerings that address changing needs of today's employees
-Make a business case for a value-based EAP
