Ever feel like checking out Equinox, the best gym of Boston voted by both the Boston and Improper Bostonian, but just don't find enough reasons to go? Well, now there is a perfect time to go.

We are hosting a summer fun night on August 19th at out Back Bay club. We'll show you around the gym where you can work out for free and then you can join our wine tasting and sampling of delicious food from renowned local restaurants, and of course mingle with our members and friends, who are known to be in awesome shapes.

And more importantly we have invited Aisling Juanjuan Shen, the author of the memoir "A Tiger's Heart: The Story of A Modern Chinese Woman" to come and sign her books for fans. Shen wrote the memoir six years ago when she was attending Wellesley College as a transfer student from UMass Boston. In the memoir she spills her guts and tells with brutal honesty her life journey from a rice farmer born to illiterate peasants in rural China to a successful modern businesswoman. She is currently working as an equity analyst for a large investment firm in Boston. Her story and book have been featured on NECN, Boston Herald and other dozens of radio shows. Please check out www.atigersheart.com for more information on Aisling and her remarkable book that Library Journal calls "impossible to put down".

The event is free, and we'd love to see you there.

It's not fitness, it is life.
