Wisdom Walk - "Walking in Quietness" March 6, 2010

A Wisdom Walk is a self-paced journey along a gentle path in a beautiful place. Our theme this month is "Walking in Quietness".

We begin as a group, forming a "Circle of Intention". Next, time is allowed for individual introspection while walking at your own pace. Finally, we finish as a group with a "Circle of Reflection" where we share the insights we gained while walking.

Quotes, journal prompts, poems and prayers are shared along the path to inspire you. Bring your journal, camera and/or sketch pad. Dress for the weather, the Wisdom Walk experience is enhanced by the weather, no matter rain or shine.

A Wisdom Walk is an opportunity to move your body; it is a lovely way to breathe, to pray and to listen.

Introductory pricing! $15 for one person or $25 for two people. Additional group pricing available.

Pre-registration is required. Additional instructions on meeting spot and trail location will be given upon registration. Your payment is your registration. Paypal and money orders accepted.
