Wireless Toronto monthly meeting November 15, 2005

Our next wirelesstoronto meeting is on Tuesday November 15th, from
5:30pm to 7pm at the Centre for Social Innovation: Suite 120 @ 215
Spadina Ave (between Dundas and Queen).

At this meeting, we'll be getting updates on:

- Progress and next steps on getting the new authorization server up-and-running
- A new roadmap for our communications technologies (i.e., dev.wirelesstoronto.ca and wirelesstoronto.ca)
- Progress toward getting a bank account
- New venues and venues in progress

And, the current agenda topics look to be (roughly):

- De-brief on press/media to date (how is the messaging?)
- Window advertising options and costs
- Venue contracts/invoices and other print material
- Team to monitor the Ops list
- Grant opportunities

Hanging issues from our last meeting appear to be:
- Figuring out what kind of tech support to offer, and how
- Scheduling a router-hacking workshop

And please bring your ideas for places in the city which really should
have a WirelessToronto hotspot.
