Wireless Festival is confirmed as happening on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July, at Hyde Park in London.

The acts confirmed so far are for the Saturday, headliners Basement Jaxx, with The Streets, Dizzee Rascal, Paul Oakenfold, Frankmusik, Sneaky Soundsystem, N.A.S.A., Tommy Sparks, Digitalism, Metric, Skint & Demoralised, Master Shortie, The Japanese Popstars, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Delphic, and Filthy Dukes, also confirmed.

Sunday's headliner has been confirmed as Kanye West with other acts appearing that day including Noisettes, Q-Tip, Flo Rida, Kid Cudi, Tinchy Stryder, N-Dubz, Zarif, Lady Sovereign, Chipmunk, Daniel Merriweather, Young Jeezy, and Mr Hudson.

In addition to four stages of music, Wireless 2009 will also have attractions including an acoustic band stand, a fairground, chill out areas, street theatre, performance art, markets, food stalls, beer gardens, secure lockers, and fun games.

Tickets for Saturday are priced at £45, and Sunday 'early bird' tickets are priced at £40.

When buying tickets an extra 50p carbon offset for can be added to orders to negate the environmental impacts of travel to and from the festival, these funds will be used to invest in environmental projects in local schools.

Hyde Park is in the heart of London and accessing the festival is easy with a variety of tube lines and bus routes available.
