Wines of Argentina in Toronto March 16, 2007

Event: Join us for an exploration of Argentina’s wine making heritage. You will be introduced to Argentine wine making culture, history, and regions. A specially selected number of white and red Argentine wines, delicately paired with matching culinary delights, will be offered for this occasion.

Wines: A flight of six different Argentine red and white wines (Torrontes, Chardonnay, and two each of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon) will be presented for tasting (wine value of $25 per person).

Food: Six appetizers will be served to match each type of wine. There will be a variety of fruits, cheeses, nuts, fish and sea food, filled pastries, roasted meat, and sweets. All appetizers will be carefully selected and crafted by our Head Chef and will consist of high quality products, partially or fully integrated in to our signature appetizers offering. (food value of $25 per person).

Music: We will be playing contemporary Argentine music with a modern twist on traditional Tango. Flight 55 is equipped with an excellent sound system.

Cost: Early bird special (before March 9th) is $35 plus taxes. After March 9th the cost will be $45 plus taxes. (The regular value of this entire offer is $50 per person).

After Event Party: Everyone is invited to party with us until the closing.
