Winemaker's Dinner with Cathedral Ridge Winery at Vino Paradiso February 17, 2008

What could be better than perfectly pairing great food with great wine to bring out the best of both? We can't think of a thing. Join us on Sunday, February 17th for a five course meal masterfully paired with five Cathedral Ridge wines.

Cathedral Ridge Winery, a Hood River winery established in 2003, was named the "Oregon Winery of the Year" by Wine Press Northwest for 2007. Owner/Asst. Winemaker/Head Cellar Rat and Fearless Leader, Robb Bell, will be speaking at the dinner and can answer any questions you may have about the winery and wines.

And you won't want to miss the dinner. The new Chef at Vino Paradiso, Ian Duncan, is really creating buzz for the Pearl wine bar with his amazing food. It doesn't hurt that Vino Paradiso was recently awarded the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" because of their amazing wine list (the only Oregon wine bar to receive the distinction), either.
